Musical Theatre intensive camp for actors 10-15 years old ready to hit the stage in a more extended performance! Campers will prepare The Jungle Book Kids and perform live on the Media Theatre stage! Actors will immerse themselves in the theater world with audition technique classes, rehearsal etiquette instruction, and the preparation of the show. This two-week camp will begin with each camper participating in an audition process for the show. Each camper will be cast in the show and receive a script. Week one will focus on learning choreography, music, and blocking. In week two, the campers will focus on memorization while putting the production on its feet with costumes and props. There will be one ticketed performance of the production on the final Friday of camp, which will be open to the public.

Drop-off will begin at 9:30 a.m. every morning, with camp beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Pick-up is at 4:00 p.m. After care is available until 5:00 PM. While there is no additional fee for before and after-care, we ask that you register if you intend to use this program. Kids ages 6- 12 years old rule the stage in this camp, exploring Broadway musical favorites from ANNIE to MATILDA and beyond! Students will learn three songs and three dances and create their own improvised scenes, all based on Broadway classics and performed on our very own stage. *All campers must have completed a full day kindergarten or preschool program to attend this camp.
